Fleet Maintenance in San Mateo, CA

Small-business fleets up to ~5 vehicles — work vans, contractor trucks, delivery vehicles. Scheduled service that works around your work hours. Same shop, same small team every visit.

A vehicle off the road is a job not done. Small-fleet maintenance is about minimizing downtime, predictable scheduling, and a shop that knows your vehicles' history. Beacon Auto Care in San Mateo works with small-business owners, contractors, delivery operators, and real-estate professionals running 1–5 work vehicles. We're a small independent shop — Moe handles scheduling and pickups, Favio and Hisham do the work — so what we offer is consistency and history, not a fleet desk. If your fleet needs centralized account management or 10+ vehicles serviced simultaneously, you'll be better served by a dedicated fleet shop.

Vehicle Types We Service

  • Work vans — Ram ProMaster, Ford Transit, Chevy Express, Mercedes Sprinter, Nissan NV
  • Contractor trucks — Ford F-150/F-250, Ram 1500/2500, Chevy Silverado, Toyota Tacoma
  • Delivery vehicles — small box trucks, full-size vans, SUVs
  • Real estate / inspection / sales fleets — sedans and SUVs across multiple agents

What you get with us as your fleet shop

  • Digital inspection on every visit with photos sent to whoever's responsible for the vehicle

Recent fleet visit

2021 Ram ProMaster 1500 work van came in at 7,844 miles for routine service — engine bay, brake measurements, tire condition, fluid checks, all photographed and sent to the owner's phone before any work. Same DVI process we use for retail customers.

Common Questions About Fleet Maintenance

Vehicle types, pricing, scheduling, billing, contact.

What kind of fleets do you service?
Small-business and sole-proprietor fleets — contractor work trucks, delivery vans, real estate / inspection vehicles, side-business pickups. We're a small shop (Moe out front, Favio and Hisham in the bay), so we work best with smaller fleets (typically up to ~5 vehicles) where Moe can handle the scheduling and the team knows each vehicle's history. Larger fleets we'll be honest about — you'll be better served by a dedicated fleet shop.
Do you offer fleet pricing?
Yes — repeat-customer discounts apply when we're servicing multiple vehicles for the same business at regular intervals. Exact percentage depends on volume and service mix; we quote it on the first scheduled-service visit. Call to discuss what makes sense for your situation — Moe handles the conversation directly.
Can you handle multiple vehicles in one day?
By appointment, usually yes — we can fit 2–3 fleet vehicles in a single day for routine service (oil, tire rotation, digital inspection) when scheduled in advance. Larger jobs (brakes, repairs) get spread across the week. Two-bay shop reality: we can't promise same-day on a 5-vehicle drop-off.
Do you do consolidated billing for fleets?
We can email a monthly summary across vehicles serviced for the same business — one PDF with line items per vehicle, sent to whichever contact you specify (owner, bookkeeper, accountant). Each individual invoice still gets generated through Tekmetric.
Who do I talk to when I bring a vehicle in?
You talk to Moe at the front, same as any other customer. Favio and Hisham do the actual work. There's no separate fleet desk — that's the upside of a small shop: same humans every visit, no one to re-explain context to.
