My check engine light was on for two years, and every place I went to always told me that they didn't know what was going on and that they'd have to take apart everything and blah blah blah. They had my ride for a few days and when I got it back, it was everything was a-okay. No more engine light and they even fixed a few other things while they were in there.”

After a few hours, they sent a digital Inspection Report which was highly detailed with photos, diagram references, performance ratings for each inspection point, with notes and service recommendations for each point as well. Moe took the time to answer questions I had over the phone, which helped me understand their assessments even better. Being that I'm a girl, its hard for me to trust any mechanic let alone let them work on my car knowing I could be completely ripped off. “My car's check engine light came on and I took it to a local place to have it checked. I was told that my transmission is bad and will need to be replaced with a shock sticker price of $8k!!!. I wanted a second opinion, so I went to Beacon and talked with Flavio, who seemed very knowledgeable from the start. After a couple of hours Flavio called me to say that the only thing that was wrong with the car was dirty transmission fluid, which needed to be flushed. Flavio did not even charge me for the initial diagnostic, which most other shops charge $200-300. Excellent service, honest - something that's hard to find.”
